Character background: Spike Douglas was found wandering the remains of his family's house, searching for his baby brother Bailey (now Basil). He was adopted by the officer who found him, and joined the military as soon as he was 18. Afterwards he as sent to the same AI program as Tex and Wyoming, but his AI was poorly designed and they were told to delete it. Being vindictive bastards, they secretly transfered the program to a chip and implanted it in his brain. Most people just think he now suffers from schizophrenia.

Personality: Spike is calm, quiet, and haughty. He has mad sniper skillz, and he knows it. He also knows that he's incredibly attractive, and has absolutely no problem using that to his advantage, despite the fact that he is pretty much asexual.
Cypher, on the other hand, is loud, obnoxious, and a total pervert. He'll hit on anybody and anything, as long as they're saixy.
Both men are fairly laid back, though Spike tends to be a bit more high strung, and they bicker constantly. Spike has taken to hitting his head when Cypher gets too bad.

Why are they in Blood Gulch: Originally sent to make sure noone left the canyon (at least that's what he believes), but there is the possibilty that someone found out about his faulty AI.
